SAFe® Scrum Master

The SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) course equips professionals with the skills to effectively perform the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe® enterprise environment. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, this course explores the role at the enterprise level, enabling participants to facilitate Agile team performance and deliver business value at scale. Through a combination of interactive learning, case studies, and practical tools, learners will gain a deep understanding of Scrum in the context of SAFe®.
The course dives into key responsibilities of the Scrum Master, including iteration planning, coaching Agile teams, and supporting effective program execution. Participants will learn how to facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning and team retrospectives, as well as support DevOps implementation. With a strong focus on servant leadership and Agile team facilitation, learners will be equipped to foster high-performing, self-organizing teams.
Delivered over 2 days (4 hours/day) via live online sessions, this course is taught by industry practitioners with real-world transformation experience. Participants will gain access to digital courseware, practice guides, and the SAFe® Community Platform, setting them up for success in the SAFe® Scrum Master certification exam and future Agile leadership roles.

Requirements
- Prior experience with Agile concepts, Scrum, or Kanban is recommended but not mandatory
