Welcome to Techcognia (OPC) Private Limited (“Techcognia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our consulting services, training and certification programs, digital products, platforms, mobile applications, and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• Business Consulting Services: Including strategic advisory, leadership development, organizational design, employee engagement, digital transformation, and capability development.
• Digital Solutions: AI-driven platforms, software tools such as QuantumMind for project and value management, analytics dashboards, APIs, and other SaaS offerings.
• Training and Certifications: Including SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework), Agile coaching, and other professional certification programs under relevant licenses or partnerships.

• You agree to use the Services for lawful business purposes only.
• Unauthorized access, duplication, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of any software, content, or platform component is prohibited.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.

By enrolling in Techcognia’s training programs:

• You agree to provide accurate registration data and participate fully in sessions.
• Training content may not be recorded, redistributed, or shared without written authorization.
• Training material access is restricted to registered individuals only and may be time-limited.
• Techcognia may act as an authorized training partner for third-party certifications like SAFe®, and the associated intellectual property remains with the respective rights holders.

• Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the training start date.
• 50% refund if cancelled between 7 to 14 days before the start date.
• No refund if cancelled within 7 days or for no-shows.
• In case of cancellation or rescheduling by Techcognia, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Clients engaging Techcognia for consulting or digital services must:

• Provide timely and accurate information.
• Adhere to agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure confidentiality of shared data.
• Comply with payment obligations as per contract or subscription.

All content, software, methodologies, trademarks, and branding used or displayed are the sole property of Techcognia or its licensors. Use of third-party trademarks (e.g., SAFe®, Scrum®, PMI®) is acknowledged, and all rights belong to their respective owners.

Certification is subject to successful completion of course requirements and assessments as defined by the certifying body. Techcognia does not guarantee certification and is not liable for third-party assessment outcomes.

Techcognia processes personal and organizational data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (India), GDPR (EU), and others where applicable. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

All payments are to be made as per agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services. Prepaid fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Techcognia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service for violations of these Terms, misuse, or unauthorized access. You may cancel your use of Services at any time, subject to applicable refund or termination clauses.

Techcognia may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
